    Search the FAQ for entries containing:

    Authorization, confirmation, authorization, confirmation.  We will not destroy records unless instructed to—twice.  Generally only certain authorized client personnel are authorized to destroy records, and upon receiving a request for this service, are sent a detailed listing of the records requested for destruction.  Confirmation must again be made, in writing, that the records in question are to be destroyed.  Once this is received, records are pulled and destruction is carried out, and Certification of the deed is sent to the client.
